		<description><![CDATA[The countdown to the Twitpocalypse is on. Actually, it's been on for awhile. And like the apocalypse, it's been predicted more than once. Given, however, the recent (and ongoing?) DDoS attack on Twitter more attention is being paid to the services limitations and, more importanltly, it's open-source alternatives.
